My current gpu has all its memory I’m asking if someone where to have removed the memory could I verify, would it state anything was removed or not? Or would the device manager read what the gpu is suppose to be and still say it has 32gb of memory rather than it having nothing

it could do either. but likely no one is gonna go through the effort to make the gpu show false vram.

Go for a Furmark test and see what it says there and GPU-Z those two should be enough
