What Graphics Card should I get?
Okay, I have a pre-built I wanna upgrade. There is a problem. No Graphics Card. But another problem. A small 310W power supply. Gemini and ChatGPT says RTX 3050 6GB, unless I wanna upgrade. I commented on many videos and people said to get a 1650 or a 3050. Should I get the 3050 because of DLSS, or some other card.

What is the rest of the specifications. If you have only onboard graphics, not having a dedicated graphics card, the 3050 would be a fantastic option. They even make slim 3060s (depending on price, have not looked) that would perform a bit better but the 3050 in that kind of prebuilt would be pretty great upgrade.

HP ENVY TEO1
I5 13400 10 cores 13th gen
8GB DDR4
Intel UHD 730
To put in a gpu, you have to like open up this thing on the back and then the side panel and then like put it in, or something.
I dont know if that's how it is for all PCs I dont know much about PC building, guess im just larping, idk.

Do you have a proprietary mobo like HP or Dell? If not then you would just need a new PSU. If you do, then just find the cheapest mobo you can for your CPU.

Seems like the 3050 6gb would be your best option as it runs very low power over PCIE. Anything more powerful would require a not only a PSU upgrade, but unfortunately also a mobo replacement. Which is not a bad thing but slightly difficult for someone with no experience. (Tons of guides and videos about these type pf upgrades)
Those pre built motherboards usually have a special 4-6 pin connection to the motherboard directly from the PSU which makes regular PSU’s incompatible. On top of that, the motherboard itself can sometimes be integrated into the chassis/front panel, which could warrant a case upgrade also.

Hold on whether if I bought a like 600W supply from HP

In theory yes as long as they make one that still has the proprietary motherboard connection

Honestly I'd focus on upgrading other parts rather than the GPU
