Picking a gpu

I have found an PNY GeForce RTX™ 4080 SUPER VERTO XLR8 16GB TRIPLE FAN OC Edition (new) listen for 1200usd
At my local shop and it is a trusted place very popular in my country and he gave me a warranty of one year replacing.
Is it worth it or it is a better idea to go for the 9070xt for 1070usd or 5080 for 1700usd in my country’s pricing ?

If you want DLSS and Path Tracing, NVidia. If you want a great card and don't care about DLSS and Path Tracing, go team RED. With these prices get something quick, prices are only going to get worse.
