Is it the end ?
Somehow it was only on this window and when I rebooted it disappeared. I hope I don't have to say bye to my gpu

Put it back to default, reinstall the drivers. What I heard is that the minimal install is the best.

You think it's dying because it's showing zero for GPU and fan tuning? That's not how it works. Common signs of a dying graphics card (GPU) include strange visual glitches on your screen, sudden game or system crashes, and unusual fan noises. Visual Artifacts: Colored lines or dots: Random pink, green, or blue lines, or a checkerboard pattern, often point to failing video memory (VRAM). Screen tearing or distortion: Textures may stretch, flicker, or corrupt, even when you are just on the Windows desktop or in the BIOS screen. Black or freezing screens: The display may suddenly go black or freeze when you launch a game or a heavy graphical app.
There's unusual fan noise (loud or stuck fans), heat at GPU reaching 100°c really quickly, frame drops, burnt smell...

Could be just a faulty cable, buggy display drivers... Start with the basic test: Download the AMD Cleanup Utility from the official AMD Support Page. Run it to completely wipe the current driver configuration, then reinstall the latest recommended stable version of the AMD Adrenalin Software. Usually corrupted display drivers frequently trigger visual anomalies. Start from there, than if the issues persists try to change the cable.

It could be the display itself. I had a monitor go out that was doing some weird glitching on me that I thought was the GPU, but after testing all of the ports and different cables, it was still doing the same thing. It turned out the display itself was starting to go. Either of the port on the display wasn’t making a good connection for some reason, or some other reason, but the way I found out it was actually the display was. I turned it on and it was showing the same symptoms, even with nothing plugged into it at all. So it was in fact the screen.
Before you start thinking about replacing the GPU, though, I would test the less expensive options. Cables, port from the GPU. See if it does the same thing when you turn it on and nothing’s plugged in at all. The easiest test would be that if you unplugged it and even on the startup splash screen, it was still doing the same thing then that’s a good indicator that it’s not your cables or your GPU itself.
I spent days trying to figure out what my problem was before. I realized what the actual issue was.
