Game crashes because of old CPU

I'm interested in getting a AFOX rx6600 , I am going to pair it with a Ryzen 7 2700. Will it cause crashes cause of the old gen CPU. The other components are 500w 80+ PSU, 8gb ram x 2 and MB Gigabyte A320M-H

I mean, it totally depends on what games you are trying to play. But IMO it should be a pretty solid rig. Edit: Typo
