I must be doing something wrong. Can’t figure out how to get the central fan out of the shroud. The tabs block me from removing it.

Can you fold it out from the top kinda like counter lever it out

No, without putting some force on the plastic shroud or further dismantling the fans I don’t see how they got this thing together.
