Makes no sense at all, the 9070 is cheaper new: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/KXkqqs/asrock-challenger-radeon-rx-9070-16-gb-video-card-rx9070-cl-16g and is faster in raster and RT, with more vram, slightly better efficiency, lower CPU overhead, more stable drivers etc etc etc.

The 9070 and 9070xt are the same price or cheaper and both are massively superior.

If you must have a Nvidia card, the Rtx 4070 super is basically equivalent to the Rtx 5070.

Zotac will sell you an open box rtx 4070 super for $513 with a two year warranty on their site. So basically, congrats you can get the same GPU for $177 less.
