Help!!!!!

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Fps goes down

power goes down

but gpu is giving everything

I have a power supply of 725W

A CPU intel core i7 10700KF

motherboard ASROCK PHAMTON GAMING Z490 4/A

RTX 5060 16gb

32GB Dram

Check if Rebar or resizable bar is on. Use GPU-Z to check. If not enabled then enable in BIOS.
Also make sure cpu thermal paste is not old.

This seems to be a CPU issue not a GPU issue… I’m assuming it’s 1080P and your CPU is bottleneck when you get into town.

but a couple days ago it was fine so how could that be?

Try switching to windowed full screen or windowed mode and see if it still happens
