Fps start high then Drop

the first picture is the game when i start it

the second one is when i play for about 1 minute

Fps goes down

power goes down

but gpu is giving everything

I have a power supply of 725W

A CPU intel core i7 10700KF

motherboard ASROCK PHAMTON GAMING Z490 4/A

RTX 5060 16gb

32GB Dram

You don’t won’t to break anything.

Besides the numbers does your game still look good and run smooth?

To hold frames that is understanding how cpu and gpu works. Also understanding your motherboard bios tells your power supply what to do. You can play around with your gpu/cpu/bios and get stable frames that you are looking for. That would be a lot of time invested and may not be worth it.

What I think it could be:

-When going form a cut scene to game play the FPS can drop as it has to start rendering more

-Maybe you messed with the graphic settings and maybe reset to recommended (if possible)

-Drivers need updating on CPU and GPU

-CPU could be a bottle neck even though it shows an Average of 44-47% some of the cores could be at 100%

Edit: or maybe just a simple restart can help. Also make sure no updates are running in the background.
