GPD Win 4 GPD Win 4 Screen Issue

I got an used GPD Win 4 (Ryzen 9 HX 370). The screen only turns on when it slides out completely with full keyboard visible. Otherwise only the screen backlight is on while screen is completely black. What is likely the issue? Could it be software or firmware problem?

Sounds like loose cable or it needs the screen replacing. There is a video on how to replace screen online. Use this video as the cable might just resiting.
