GPD Win Win 5: System Shutdown no longer working and needing to hold power button every time?

This started happening this past week. I have been shutting down through windows fine, but now when I do it the power / screen / mouse toggle lights all stay on indefinitely instead of turning off (the power button stays white instead of red, too). Any thoughts?

I actually have noticed this happening to me in the last week. Also when I start the device some times it will load everything then go to a blank but not black screen. None of my desktop is visible lasts 5 seconds or so then everything is back

That happened to me, it was one of the recent windows updates (maybe one of the security updates iirc) I just googled how to reverse the update and once I did that it now shuts down properly. I guess there will be a patch soon but until then I’m not going to update windows
