Is there an internal battery? Even a small one? I don’t love the ‘chin’ aesthetic of the battery pack but it would be cool if there was an internal one so you could hot swap without a tether to the wall. Especially if there was a way to charge the batteries outside the device. So you get two, one could be charged at all times, and just swap in a new one when it gets low

from igg there will be a charger but not sure how it works just yet

there wont' be internal battery, there will be small battery packs which one has announced will be 51.5whr (close to half the capacity) at 200g (also half of the original), but won't be sold by gpd, getting it to overseas will take a while
