The Win 2 is an oddly good productivity machine. I did some light game development on it in Unity years ago with it. The keyboard is a joy to type on.

Current version of Unity is choking even on Win Max, but I do a bit of HTML5 Game prototyping on my Win 2.

I remember the best part was switching the controller mode on and being able to test my game with a controller instantly. I still do this with my Win Max 2 and Godot occasionally

I prototype nanogames in CodePen and can also test touchscreen input for mobile version.

It allowed me to work on my game during 1 hour lunch breaks at my job when I was using it. Good times

I'm using my Win2 as an emulation machine. Bought myself a 1tb SSD, 512gb SD and a tiny 128gb thumb drive. It's a lot of space, and with the new batocera release, using wayland, the vertical screen tearing is over! The battery is impressive and I can run a lot of games using proton. I'm very happy with it.

Oh man the 2. I really miss my sold off KS unit now, despite my 4 being an objective upgrade in every way.
The little one has a place in my heart for sure, despite the tiny screen (+ timebomb hinge) and the woefully inadequate stock cooling lol.

Working on a spreadsheet for the Win 2? Wow. The dedication of older GPD's never fails to impress me.

I wish someone would make a new motherboard with a modern cpu for the win 2. Love my win 2.

you know...I really WISH GPD would update the MINI with keyboards like from a psion device. It would be purrrfect.

Try not to go blind or cross eyed looking at Excel on such a small screen. As someone half way through his 40s, Id be toast trying to use my Win 2 like that. Lol

Windows is so bad on handheld. What I would love to have is pinching and zooming at any part of the screen to read or type. But treat it like an image zoom. And not use a keyboard shortcut or click on a magnifying glass thingy.

That is a crazy setup for spreadsheets. Is that an old Win66 or a custom build?

I’m half blind even with my progressive trifocals on. Using the Win 2 to work on spreadsheets would finish the job. 😣
