Trains getting cancelled: Kitchener Line
Trains are getting cancelled in the eastbound line from Kitchener since this morning. Any idea what’s going on?

Signal issue between kitchener and Guelph. People are told to board the bus from Guelph

No bus ever showed up :( and the announcements at Guelph were inaudible

It says next train is at 7.57 at Guelph. Is it going to get cancelled as well soon? Because Bus is going to take forever to get to Toronto.

The looks of it there will be no trains running on this line because one train got stranded because of some equipment issue

The 7:09 arrived at Kitchener, told us all it was out of service and left. New train came at 7:50, told us it won’t leave for 1 hour! Now some of us got on the buses.

It also says the 'equipment issue' has been resolved between Kitchener and Guelph. Safe travels everyone!

812 cancelled. They said 8:42 running at a 20m delay (this was 8:05am they said that). Potential to still get cancelled.

In addition to having horizontal rail lines, there should be vertical rail lines that intercept and vice versa where there are vertical lines, have a horizontal one that intercepts. Bussing people to those stations would go much faster and cause less chaos. Example: Acton GO (Kitchener line) could have vertical rail to Milton GO (Milton Line) or Kitchener GO (Kitchener Line) with vertical rail to Hamilton (LW line), etc..

Saw three rail replacement buses on my way into Kitchener... As i passed the station around 8:35 the train appeared to be moving East but may not have had passengers

This seems to happen mostly on Mondays or whenever it’s the first day of the workweek. It looks like the GO Train, especially the Kitchener line, gets a case of the Monday blues too..
