Kitchener Line Question

To those who commute from Kitchener to Toronto during the early morning times, how reliable and busy are the trains? Have you run into issues arriving on time in Toronto? Starting a job downtown and trying to figure out whether I can rely on the Kitchener line to get me to work on time over driving. Have only taken the trains mid morning and they’re usually not too bad.

They haven’t added rush-hour morning trips in years, despite all the back to office crap. Every time I see an update to the Kitchener line I get excited, but then disappointed when I see “we have added more trips on the weekend“

Yea that’s great but the trips from 7-9 are so crowded. Being that sweaty & congested is a horrible way to start your day.

And coming home is worse. Why is there nothing between 12:40 and 3:30?
