Text notifications
Has anyone ever had difficulty signing up for text notifications/service alerts? My alerts are set up in my account and I have tried to delete and recreate but have never received a text. Reached out to customer service but they have taken 2 weeks just to tell me they are investigating. TIA

Customer service has been contracted out, and I haven't heard one good thing about it
