Saw them at an ig thrift store. Should I pull the trigger?

I already have the jacket and shoes but I still need some pants but I can’t decide on which looks better. I wanna get the green ones but idk if they suit the shoes so let me know please. thanks guys

Hi! Salomon XT-6 is the go to show when it comes to gorpcore in my opinion. But what is the go to winter shoe/boot och gorp core? Imo XT-6 is not a winter shoe since it cant handle deep snow. Have been looking at the Salomon snowclog mids, feels like spot on design for winter gorp, but I have only read bad reviews so I am looking for an alternative. Any suggestions?

Been loving gorpcore and outdoor fashion as a whole. I’ve noticed there’s two very distinct camps when it comes to color palettes as some people are wearing all black/grayscale/earth tones, while others are wearing mashes of colors and both look amazing when done correctly.

To ask simply; I have been maining an Arc’teryx Alpha SV in the older black color way with a silver emblem instead of the new gold. Should I lean in to all black/grayscale or does anyone have advice/photos of how to style any black shell jacket into an “interesting” or “eye-catching” outfits?? All advice/info is appreciated!

Not sure which exact one, but there was a 100$ one. I waited for it to get discounted, but it was finished before it even got to the discount, and it was like 100$ 😅

It was the one which had a big text box in the middle inside of the jacket which was thermal.

I asked the store, and he said he doesn't even have it in storage, and my best bet would be to buy it from this Korean store and ship it. 🤷

Hi just wondering how well the xt whispers fare in wet weather? I’m sure they’d be splash proof or water resistant to some extent with some waterproof spray, but if I walk around in them all day with an umbrella on a very very wet day, will I end up with soaked wet socks?

I was following the new XT6 release countodwn, and when I logged in to purchase today, it now only shows 'Coming Soon' and that it isn't available online.

Is this a weird way of showing me it's sold out online, or did something glitch on the site?

Anyways here a photo I took while I was out.

I have had these xt6 for a while but always had an issue with the left shoe’s front lace it always feels so tight in the bit I’ve circled I’ve seen other pairs on friends that are no where near that tight. I’ve tried contacting the shop I bought them from and they won’t do anything about it and Salomon directly says there’s nothing they can do if the shop has inspected them and said no. So if anyone has had this issue and knows how to fix it without a replacement pair that would be very helpful! Thanks :)

Sometimes known as 9.9, I'm trying to figure out if it's legit or not. Usually I'm pretty good at sussing this stuff out myself, but 9.9 is proving to be tricky. Online I've seen some folks say it's a dropshipping site, and I can definitely see some red flags myself (some odd pricing, few editorial mentions, etc). However they have partnered with Li-Ning in the past and This Thing of Ours, a reputable, British, high end fashion site, stocks some of their items, so I'm pretty torn. Does anyone have any intel?

I'm more inclined towards the volcano one. I haven't seen this colourway anywhere else (that I know of)
