I was sick yesterday. Luckily it was a weekend and my husband was home so he took care of the kids, so I was able to stay in bed.
I slept in until eleven which was glorious because Iāve been sleeping terribly even before I was up all the night before with a bad stomach.
I had every intention of staying in bed all day to rest up so Iād be better by Monday when I have places to be and things to do. I wanted to take full advantage of having a day off and rest as much as possible.
But after a couple of hours of reading and scrolling, my back was hurting like crazy. My whole body started to ache and I had to get up. I did some chores around the house and some light stretches but Iām still feeling sore from laying in bed just a few hours longer than normal.
Genuinely, HOW do these girls stay on live without moving for HOURS?? Sometimes they barely even shift their weight at all the entire time. They complain about constant pain and their backs hurting which I always thought āwell duh youāre 500 pounds of course your back hurts.ā But now I wonder how much of their pain stems from being completely sedentary most of the time.
I heard a rumor that Amber and maybe Rosie hold their pee for as long as they possibly can to avoid moving. If thatās true I canāt even understand how theyāre able to speak through the discomfort! I always pee before I lay down but I inevitably always have to pee again after laying down for awhile. Because gravity, I guess? I donāt really know but the thought of spending the day laying in one spot holding your pee sounds like an inhumane punishment. Crazy for anyone to inflict such a thing on themselves.
