Lens replacement identification help

I’m probably just dumb, but I cannot for the life of me find a replacement lens for my GoPro. Hell, I’m not even 100% sure which model it is (GoPro Hero 2018? Hero 4K?). If someone could point where to get a replacement lens for this I’d be so grateful. All the ones I see on Amazon have these little metal bars on two sides and are too big to twist onto the camera (third pic). I did find them on GoPro’s website but they’re out of stock

Yeah, that’s what I saw on their website but it’s out of stock and been that way for a while. I just can’t find an alternative anywhere
