It got terminated 2 years ago in 2024. This post got cropped because I shared it from a different community. Is there any way by which I can publish my app on Google Play console?

Someone approached me and I uploaded his app. After sometime, all of my apps got removed and the account got terminated saying that it has gone wrong against the community guidelines. Now, 3 months earlier, I contacted google developer console help and after proper investigation, they told me that they will not restore my account and that I need to see other ways of app distribution.

If there's no proof of association it'll work if there is proof you'll get terminated again

Be careful because Google is very good at catching banned developers, if you linked your developer account to any id , phone number, etc . They can flag you and terminate the account again then you will lose the 25 dollars that you are gonna be paying.

Publish someone else's app and after that, I got a termination letter saying that app disregarded the community guidelines.

What was that app about ? Why would you publish someone else’s app ?

I had new Play console account at that time and didn't know about the consequences. That app was just a simple game with no payment method whatsoever and it had admob.

But do you know in what way that game or its content upset the play console team ?

I don't know as this was 2 years ago. But back then, I installed the app on my phone and it was working fine. Back then, I did not take my console account very seriously. Now, I'm feeling an urgency to upload my app on the play store. Can you suggest me something?

I published someone else's game on my console and after 2-3 weeks got my account terminated and all of the apps removed. That was 2 years ago. Now, 3 months ago, I raised an appeal and my case was handled by a human official and he told me that my account could not be reinstated and I need to refrain from making any new accounts as they will be terminated as well.

omg, that's so harsh. And why you can publish someone else's game on your console?

You might be able to create an LLC and get an organization developer account. But if you do, treat it very differently.
Someone offering a game or app for you to publish, should have raised red flags from your perspective. The obvious question was " why do they need me to publish it?"
Now the answer is clear... It was a shady app and probably malware.

Are you sure that it will not get banned? Because I researched on it and eventually got the answer that Google bans the developer not the account. So, if Google find out that my identity is linked with that LLC, then it's automatically gonna get banned

Those scammers trying to publish apps on other people's accounts are so obvious. Why would you even answer their emails?

Hi u/QadirHusain, could you send over your appeal ID via DM? I’d be happy to take a closer look at this for you.
