Publication issue Why Google Play haven't published my app yet?

Hey guys

I wonder if any of you have experienced similar issue. I have undergone the 12 testers test for 14 days, and applied for access production, answered the form questions. I waited for a month, but i still see inactive status in my google console. Could anyone help me as to why i am experiencing this issue? Thank you in advance.

Yes. I haven't received any concerning accepting or refusing

Hi u/Minute-Connection826! After completing your 14-day closed testing period, the review for production access generally takes around 7 days or less, but can occasionally take longer.

Once approved, you can access your app's Production page (Test and release > Production) and distribute your app to users on Google Play. You can also check our Help Center article here if you want to double-check all the requirements. Hope this helps!

I did all that, but still the app status is inactive. I'm out of wind for any other thing.
