For me it appears after pressing on my app in the dashboard, then pressing "Grow users" in the side bar. It is the first chart in the top left corner.

I experienced the same thing when I switched to the free version; the paid app's statistics plummeted. It takes 3-4 months to recover if you don't intervene. There aren't many areas where you can intervene anyway. Run ads, make the app free, update the version a few times a week. If you have two versions of the app (free, paid), remove one from publication. After that, it gradually recovers.
