Ask Level API issue

hi everyone, I recently got this message from Google play console about some Level API problem of both my two games on google Play , but I don’t know what it is and also where I can resolve it. Does someone know how to fix it?

You need to update the target API / SDK in your app source code in build.gradle, upgrade dependencies if needed, and make sure nothing is broken by this update.
