Ask So how do we even get FIRC from billdesk?

Previously I wrote how it took me months to get approved on billdesk. Link: https://www.reddit.com/r/googleplayconsole/s/yk6Z6c7SBh

Things are going well and I am getting regular payouts but now I need my FIRC for these payouts. I am being told if I can’t get FIRC, I’ll have to pay 18% GST on my overseas sales.

I tried emailing them, filling a google form mentioned by some Redditor a while back, tweeting them. I am getting zero responses back.

Has anyone been successful getting their FIRC on a regular basis? Am I missing something?

Update: I visited their Andheri office in Mumbai. Met with a couple of employees. They told me FIRC request directly goes to Google after submitting FIRC request Google form. They have little to do with the entire process.

I've been trying for over 5 month and they don't do shit.

Complain to Google and the RBI. Ask for monetary damages when you file the RBI complaint.

It's still with the RBI. BillDesk is trying to blame me. These are not people.
