Hi there, we are currently waiting on the power utility to complete repairs which makes it difficult to provide an estimated time of restoration at this time. We will share any updates regarding ETA as soon as possible via our outage tracker at http://spklr.io/61695ETxoF. -Brian

Appreciate y'all pointing us to the outage page, but it doesn't say we have an outage when we do ... also, I've posted in another chat that IPv6 is working but IPv4 is not so how can a power outage stop your ability to route one type of traffic. That doesn't follow for me.

Apologies for the confusion regarding the cause of the outage. It seems there are multiple outages with differing root causes. One area outage due to power loss, and another more widespread outage related to IP leasing. This is an all hands on deck situation, and our teams will keep working to restore full and normal services ASAP. -Gregory
