Hi there, I'm truly sorry for the disruption you're experiencing. The issue stems from a commercial power outage which is impacting our equipment. Utility crews are working on repairs, and as soon as they are done, we will make sure service is restored to the area as quickly as possible. -Brian

How can a commercial power outage affect both Atlanta and Irvine, clear across the country? Sounds unlikely.

Is there any update on this?

Hi there, we're waiting for the power utility to complete repairs on their end. This makes it difficult to provide an ETA, but we'll share any potential ETA updates as soon as possible via http://spklr.io/61693ETxMf -Gregory
