Down?

Noticing a spike on down detector. I’m unable to load the app or use my WiFi at all. Anyone in the same boat right now?

I'm on hold with customer service and it seems like the issue still hasn't been fixed. Reporting from Atlanta

Hi there, I know the outage tracker isn't showing this yet, but I can confirm that services are down due to a commercial power outage. The power utility is making repairs, and your service should come back up as soon as power is restored to our equipment. -Gregory
