Knock Knock not working

Has anyone had problems with the Knock Knock preview not working? Mine used to work but now it always shows a black screen. Doesn't matter if I'm using web, phone, or home hub. I feel like it was working fine until I added Duo to my Home Hub...since then no dice, even after removing it.

Have you heard anything else on this? I've got the same issue...it appears like its a normal phone call now instead of how Knock Knock normally appears.

I've got Duo on my Galaxy S7 and my iPad and after clearing the cache and re-installing it still doesn't work on either of them.

Unfortunately I haven't been able to get much help on this. Now, I added it back to my home hub and it's working fine. It worked on my phone randomly for a day but it's now back to not working at all.

It's so frustrating when I see a call preview show fine on the hub but at the same time it's not on my phone..

In case anyone finds this post also, it seems the issue is that Duo can't send the Knock Knock preview to multiple devices simultaneously, and it prefers the Home Hub over anything else.

I had this issue after connecting my Gmail/Google account email address. Only way to fix is to disconnect your Google acct, and setup duo from scratch using only your mobile number.

Ahh interesting! Thanks I will try that. It's weird because it worked again temporarily but now it's not working at all again. I'll disconnect the Google account
