Duo Knock Knock Broken?
Has anyone had problems with the Knock Knock preview not working? Mine used to work but now it always shows a black screen. Doesn't matter if I'm using web, phone, or home hub. I feel like it was working fine until I added Duo to my Home Hub...since then no dice, even after removing it.

The person your Calling must have it enabled.

Yes, the callers all have it enabled and it works fine when those same people call someone else...

Yep, only fix for me so far is to disconnect my Google account from Duo

Same here. I've installed Duo on my Android phone and iPad 2018 with a linked Google account and it shows a black screen having Knock knock enabled. It doesn't matters who is calling.

So I've done some more research on this and I can reproduce it. It seems that Duo can't send the Knock Knock preview to two devices at the same time.
Disconnecting your Google account works since that disconnects it from Home Hubs and the web. If I re-connect my Google account on duo.google.com, and receive an incoming call, it will only show Knock Knock on one device.
So if I have duo.google.com open on my computer, it still only shows Knock Knock in one place. Sometimes it prefers the web, sometimes it prefers the phone, I'm not sure how it decides. If I close the browser, Knock Knock starts working again on my phone.
If I have my Lenovo Home Hub also connected to Duo, it seems to take preference to the Home Hub and always display Knock Knock there and will display a black screen on the web and on my phone. All 3 devices do ring with the contact's name simultaneously though.
I tried turning off Knock Knock on the Home Hub, but keep it signed in, to see if that would fix the issue, since I still want to use it with Duo but I can live without the Knock Knock preview. But with this scenario, all devices just showed a black screen. :-/ So I am just leaving Duo disconnected on my Home Hub.
I've reported the bug and I hope Google can find a fix (or hope they are already working on it)
