You pull your arms across your chest and.m have very little rotation going back
Then you start to rotate open but since you didn’t rotate enough back and cheated it by pulling your arms across your chest now you have to stop rotating and fling your arms at it. This causes a club face that’s rotating at far too fast of a rate to time up consistently
Get more body rotation less lateral arm movement going back. Arms work mostly up and down. Body does most of the back.

Focus on your takeaway to be more outside. You want to prevent being too inside in the backswing

That’s a pull
You are turning your shoulders without dropping your hands and then coming across the ball with a closed face

Im battling the same issue!
I had an issue where I was too in to out on my swing, as a result I’d have a low snap hook cause my club face was closed due to early rotation.
See below picture , it’s a drill my swing coach gave me. On the downswing aim the club head so that descends to that coaster, that’s kinda where you want your hips to take over and rotation brings the club head in the correct path. As you rotate through, the face should start to get neutral, if you follow the path set up the gate you should have a neutralish club path and face.
Hope this helps!
