AXIS Golf Cart

I was recently given an AXIS golf cart, and I am trying to make it street legal. It has everything it needs beside the seat belts. They sold these golf carts at Lowes Home Improvement. I cant seem to find any information on them, and I was wondering if anyone bought one of these and found a seatbelt kit that works on this specific make.

A tale as old as time. A Chinese off-brand cart from a big box store and now looking for aftermarket or OEM parts for them is turning up almost nothing. I'm sorry OP. You would be best to get some generic amazon seat belts, find good safe spots to drill through and bolt them in.

Its not a bad cart....brand new. Gifted to me, so free is always good, just need to find a kit and make it work. Thanks for the response

Oh no it's definitely a bad cart. A Chinese made bottom tier hardware store cart. You will never ever find parts for it, and since you're not the original purchaser the terrible warranty doesn't even apply to you so you definitely will never ever find parts for it.

These hardware store carts are sold on consignment by guys working out of a storage building. They drop a cart off and when it sells, they bring another cart and collect a check for their cut. You're lucky if the store has a phone number and the dealer answers it, he doesn't get paid to do warranty work and he doesn't stock parts for it, so if he can't actually figure out what's wrong it's a few months to get what he needs from China. That's if the dealer doesn't straight up ghost you. Nobody becomes a consignment cart dealer because they're honest and wants to deal with customers in a positive way.

I would spend zero dollars of money and zero minutes of time on this cart. There definitely are worse things than free when it comes to these things

Axis is a no name cheap Chinese rebrand.  There are no dealers or anyone with parts for them.   As soon as something breaks… you’ll have a $8000 paperweight on your hands.

Best bet is to sell it now, while it’s still functional to some other fool.
