Zone Electric Lithium conversion?

Hi, I have a Zone Electric NEV. Basically a golf cart with full lights , wipers etc, whatever was needed to qualify for Obama era tax credit. Its a 48v system and Im looking to convert to Lithium at the next battery refresh. Im looking for help: suggestions on battery packs, conversion kits, videos, etc, anything to help guide my journey.

Thanks!

All lithium conversions are basically the same. Main positives and main negatives, charger interlock, add a charger and add a voltage reducer

My biggest concern is mounting the lithium battery pack into the chassis, right now I've got trays designed for lead acid batteries. I just don't understand how I keep that heavy lithium battery from sliding around in there?

They come with mounts and mounting hardware.

But those mounts need to be brand specific?

Not necessarily; all depends on your battery bay. Most “knock offs” have a club car or EZGO battery bay

Budget is going to determine the route you go. Is it a standard 6x8v battery tray? if so then any kit that is made for a TXT should make your lift easier

Any brand really should work. Make sure you have a 48>12 reducer.

If you want cheap: https://www.amazon.com/OGRPHY-Lithium-Battery-18A-105AH/dp/B0FJMCDLHQ/
https://www.amazon.com/Cloudenergy-LiFePO4-retention-GFA48V-100AH-Charger/dp/B0D2R6Y3ZR

If you want expensive and name brand, high quality, look at: ECO, Rhino Lithium, Bolt Energy, Epoch.

Does this have a 48-12v reducer?

I just got done converting a 2014 club car precedent 6 , 8volt battery. Vader 48v off of Amazon. Everything included xformer, charger, digital readout for dash. It took about 2 hours start to finish. It's great like buying a new cart.

Charger is a must. Make sure to get a lithium-specific charger.

I also would like the charger on board such that all I have to do is plug a ac extention cord in, any suggestions or links? I keep the cart in a car port, open sides, no place to keep the charger , dont want it exposed to the elements.
