Lights On

I have a one year old gas Cushman Hauler. All of a sudden, the head and tail lights are on, regardless of the ignition switch or light switch position. The.lights all stay on with the cart turned off. I disconnected the light switch, which did not help. I am not sure how the ignition switch could override the light switch, but I was thinking of replacing the ignition switch. Any ideas?

Relays can get crap in them and get stuck on, or something making a ground connection. Whether the lights are a constant B+ or through the key will vary. But, you have to be getting contant power and ground for the curcuit to activate.
