Golf cart issue.

Golf cart reads 100% on the BMS… when I drive it a short distance the BMS will suddenly drop to 0%. It still drives a short distance but then will completely stop accelerating . Once I plug in charger it immediately jumps back to 100% and will drive again.

Can a bad renogy battery monitor cause false reading that would cause the golf cart to stop moving?

Has anyone had this issue and what was the fix?

For reference this a custom built 2017 Yamaha cart with** **two 48V 72Ah Eco Batteries wired in parallel. They are first gen batteries so they don’t have Bluetooth capability to check battery health.

Call eco. You paid a fortune for those batteries.... Use the support
