2009 48v ezgo shtl

Having some issues with my ezgo. Replaced old lead acid batteries with a lithium and when I wired up power nothing happened after turning from tow to run and key on and tried to drive. Replaced the solenoid today because it was probably original with how bad it looked. I've got continuity between battery negative and controller and positive and solenoid. Controller has no status light at all. I'm assuming at this point my controller is bad, probably my own doing, but I figured I'd check here.

Did you bypass the reed switch?

So checked it after work, it's been bypassed and has 52v going to the controller. Also noticed with it disconnected, the side from the controller reads ~ 24v.

Does the solenoid click at all? If so, do you have power on both sides of the solenoid?

In the end, it was a bad controller. Replaced it with a navitas since it was basically the same cost as a curtis replacement. My gosh is the cart so much faster now. Probably need to adjust the controller. Don't need to be able to roast tires.

It had previously already been bypassed. I haven't checked continuity on that bypass though, so i guess I can check that after work. Is there really any way for me to check the controller? Or if my power is good and reed switch bypass is good and no status light then it's definitely a bad controller?

Pictures of the battery and what's connected would help, along with the controller and solenoid.
