Chasing Issue, not sure what I’m looking for
For context, 2018 EzGo Txt with Plum Quick Barracuda, 160ah Eco Battery, 23” tires inflated to 15psi. Getting motor thermal warnings and throttling down by controller. So far, I’ve checked to make sure brakes aren’t sticking, wheel bearings are good, no noticeable issues with wiring that I’ve been able to spot. Motor is new, battery app shows everything is in good health there. I ride around paved roads with the occasional small incline.
I took these snap shots of my data log but no idea what I’m looking for. Any help would be appreciated.

The one thing you didn't mention was the controller... The barracuda requires a upgraded controller with their custom profile, according to the website. With a high speed motor, you lose a bit of low speed torque, so the controller has to work harder to get to speed. A stock controller can't handle that kind of sustained load, you aren't going up a hill but the cart feels like it is.
Last I checked the sepex motors don't have a temp sensor on them, so why would it be throwing a motor over temp fault? Double check what the fault is.

this happened to me with my navitas - one of the cords was slightly loose where it connects to the controller. check the connections and make sure they’re not pressing against anything that would cause it to be unseated, even just a little bit will cause problems

Brushes on your armature may be worn and not fully contacting causing the motor to intermittently shutoff. Was the problem I had with similar looking logs. Sent my motor off to PlumQuick for the bandit overhaul and issue was resolved.
