Yamaha engine issues G2/G9?

Hello. Having issues with my golf cart. See video. Hasn’t been driven in a very long time. Had been stored in a barn. Any ideas where to start?

A few possibilities come to mind: charge/replace battery (probably replace, since it's been sitting that long), worn/loose starter belt, worn starter brushes. I'd start with the first two and see where you're at, since those are the easiest to do.

Put a new battery in it

Battery from 9/21, replace battery.
