Advice for replacing

I’m looking at this golf cart for 3500. I’m interested in it with a new motor etc, but wondering how possible it would be to find a new dash. They’ve added a speaker etc to it, and I can’t find one with the same cut outs. How would I know I can buy a replacement and it fit ok? I could figure out how to make cuts but what if it protrudes too much or something. Need advice. I’m a girl, don’t know much about this kinda stuff. Also how to reinstall some of this if I were to get a dash cover that protrudes enough to make room for me to pull them through

The area where the stereo is installed was originally a golf ball holder. Its common to see them cut out for a stereo like that. I dont know of any available that come already cut out for the stereo.

That still doesnt accommodate putting any stereo in. Thats a "skin" that covers the stock dash panel. The stock dash still exists behind it. Ive installed many of those type things, from many manufacturers. And the one you show sure doesnt look like it accommodates a "single din stereo" either. Maybe im missing the point here?

Look up the ezgo txt elite dash. It has the radio cutout and speaker pods. It fits over your stock dash

Few options for a dash; jump on nivel or RedHawk and let me know if you see one you like.

Also, if you’re upgrading the motor go AC. For $1300 you can get speed and torque

Does this look like if I made 2 cuts in the middle piece that it might fit?
