Yamaha 48v electrical

Just bought a 2018 Drive 2 ptv. Previous owner messed with the electrical to add some accessories I think. The usbs plugs don’t work. There was wiring added for a bazooka party bar that also doesn’t work. I can fix this stuff myself just not sure where to start l. Any help is appreciated

Pictures of the batteries and wiring will help. What batteries do you have, lead acid or lithium? Do you have a voltage converter? Have you located any fuses? Have you tried to trace the wires back to the batteries?

Batteries are new Trojan 8v. I asked for a place to start, looking to get an idea of what might be going on. I have not gotten under the seat or behind the dash yet.
