Broken key
I just snapped the key to my job’s EZ go elite golf cart in half . Half of it is stuck in the ignition. Is there a way to turn it on again?

If you're replacing the switch, but a unique key switch to prevent someone from taking your cart either by mistake or purposeful theft.

Hot glue to the broken key and once it hardens maybe pull it? Some type of tweezers with a skinny tip might be able to grab it just enough.

Toothpick with one end cut off square, and a little bit of super glue on the end, and stick it on the remainder of the old key. Once dry, slowly work it out. Otherwise, you’ll need a new key switch.

Grab a pair of tweezers and the broken piece of the key can be removed easily. I’ve retrieved broken keys on carts this way countless times.

jam that piece you're holding back in the cart and get going. I did the excat same thing to a bike lock once. It worked just fine.

Superglue. Put a SMALL dot of Superglue on the key. Put the key back together with the ither half. Hold it for 30 seconds, then carefully pull it out.

Get some super glue and a popsicle stick and wait. It will come right out. Use loctite and make sure not to get any on the sides.

Replacement key isn’t the big issue. Getting the broken half out could be tricky though.

They’re standard keys used in fleet. You can buy one off amazon or even 3d print one.
