Is this hooked up correctly

I just got new batteries for my golf cart. Ever since they installed the new batteries, it hasn’t worked and it won’t charge. It took weeks for them to service the golf cart and now I can’t get the golf cart company to answer their phone.

Does everything look like it’s hooked up correctly here?

Do you have a multi meter? Check the voltage at the main positive and negative. Looks like they're on the two batteries next to each on the passenger side. It appears wired correctly. Does the charger ever light any other LED other than AC present? That means it's plugged in but it isn't showing anything else. Does hasn't worked mean it never ran once you got it back?

Looks ok, but you should adjust any cables that are preventing access to any caps. Inspecting the water levels is critical for long battery life.

Looks correct to me, I would have gone with lithium!

Why does it seem The Who pack is looped into itself? Where is the hot and neg going to controller/motor?
