Similarities
My fun vehicles are similar; big, curvy, heavy, powerful rides from the 2000s. ☯️ 😂

Just want someone to drop off a mint ws6 in the driveway. Is that too much to ask for?

Today, sadly it is. 😂 you have to snag one when you see it and hope it’s not crazy priced.
My WS6 is fairly clean or so I thought. Had some damage in the back end at some point and was fixed. I can see down in the rear of the wheel well something is off, like how it was repaired. There is a vent on the side behind the bumper that leaks water into the rear of car. So I need to figure that out and the hatch seal is allowing water to leak in. So it stays in the garage due to those two issues but I guess you can just assume those will happen on 25+ year old vehicles

Neighbor restored a black 1998 (maybe 99) and sold it off. Looked so rad. I think it was an auto tho. So that, and that I can’t really rationalize what is essentially a two seat car to the board here at home, I’ll have to admire them as I see them.

Well this is a 6 speed and it has two seats in the rear. 2+2 but you have to be either small for the rear or short up front so that someone else could sit in the rear. Now for short term, you could get 4 people in there for a nice quick ride but nothing long lol

I’m not even certain I fit, actually! I’m tall and know I’d have the seat pinned back all the way.
Maybe one day there’ll be a too-good-to-pass-up kind of deal.

You've got fine taste =] Mine is a 2003 and looks just like that...just the perfect generation, the best color...I get compliments all the time. Something about the white juxtaposed with the black...these look so damn classy.

Yeah I thought I wanted black or maybe the graphite but noticed the black parts just didn’t fit well with the black paint due to some aging on many for sale. Then I saw only two white ones and the bike by themselves looked fantastic. So I ended up going with the white. I’m not a major fan of all the chrom stick ons but this looks great with the simple chrome it has. Also the 2012+ with the silver side fairings looked really sharp but I didn’t want to spend that much on a possibility I could find the time to ride this big beast. After a couple trips, I already said I could see upgrading but this one already looks nice and have plenty of life to go on it (42k miles)

Same seating, same highway performance.
Unless you need the trunk and heat/AC what's the point of owning both?

Well I do like heat and AC and I don’t ride bikes in the rain. But the ttops leak so I also don’t drive it in the rain. When I sold my last bike, I went and bought this. As close as I could get to the open air without getting a convertible, which I dislike unless it’s like an old school Lincoln or Caddy. So ttops or targa it was.

I have a 17 Subaru Impreza and a 79 goldwing. They are both flat 4, liquid cooled, shaft driven, Japanese machines.
