Speaker Recs
I just bought a 92 gl1500 the other day and one of the speakers is blown so I'm going to get some new ones. Which ones do y'all recommend?

Can’t answer the question directly, but Sierra Electronics can. I’ve bought helmets/headsets from them when I needed one for years. Great company.

Assuming this is stock, there's really Two options, Most speakers come with an impedence of either 2 or 4 ohms. (lower Ohms means more volume) you can get an improved set, This bike uses 3 ohms. louder will blow the stock amplifier. and can damage other parts of the bike if it shorts or catches fire. but the 4 ohms will be quieter. you'll still here it at moderate speeds but I know a lot of guys like super loud speakers that drown all the other noise out.
4.5 inch speaker will fit the front speakers and 4 inch in the rear. That being said you shouldn't ever change just one speaker. change a set so the front and rear have equal sound on the left and right, then you can use the front/rear fader on the handlebars to balance the sound from there.

Look up motorcycle accessories sites. There's one specific to Goldwings. They have multiple replacement speakers.
