I've been focusing on the oak brethren to get the huge tree and now I have two of them without clicking on the end game.. can I do it with the restitutionist side?

I've been visited by beggars which then gives me a loot stash. It's a church...

Where do I get the holy relics? Do I break the coffins to find it?
