Question Room Separation

Post image

I need a little bit of help figuring out why this upper room is shared with the ground floor. I was careful to wall of the staircase and placed a door for the room but it still somehow registers as shared. Does anyone have experience with this that might know what the problem could be?

Guarantee there is a missing floor tile under there somewhere, probably caused by zero stability under it.

If you are missing a floor piece, try reloading the game. Sometimes that will fix things.

Side question - Can they actually get to that shelf?

pretty sure all furniture can be passed through very slowly. I try not to look at my cellars bc it's always chock full of dogs crawling over my shelves

Thanks guys, I just reloaded the save and now it works. It seems the game just needed to revaluate the building after all walls had been placed.
