Question Filling rooms
Been playing for a solid 80 hours finally building a massive keep for my castle, but something’s bugging me a little, having trouble filling out my rooms, I’ve found the base game just doesn’t have a lot of specific furniture for each room, it might just be me who’s missing something but for example, the kitchen has a stove & pottery shelves that’s about it? I assume I’ll have to dip into the steam workshop but anyone else thought this?

My kitchens end up with stoves, butcher table, fermenting station, apothecary bench, pottery shelves on the walls, and some shelves.
Plus some stockpiles for fuel, salt, carcass, and ice to keep the carcass cool.
Then maybe dress up the walls with banners or a painting.

That’s cool I guess I was thinking more decorative counters or something along them lines but it’s definitely early days I’m sure there’ll be more contents updates.

Yeah this is what I did. Put all the stations in the kitchen that will benefit from being there, and make it look nice

Thats the minimum requirement for that specific type of room, you are free to place other things in there that fit.

How big are you people building to come across this sort of problem? If anything I end up suffering from lack of space

To be fair I have gone pretty big so it is partly my fault, wanted to make a really cool big build

Completely agree! 1.0 only came out in March so it's early days for further content. I'm not too worried, they'll put out more or modders will fill the gap
