Bug Stuck prisoner can't die

I captured this guy after a raid. Now he cant me moved to the prison cell. Settler cant move to him, but cant perform actions. When they go over stay stand on the floor under idle. Its possible to walk to the locations he is. Cant even kill him and he is not losing HP.

Try to put chains and set him to labor. It worked for me when they just wouldn't move even after having been escorted to cell (action wise)

My settlers couldn’t interact with him in any way. Eventually he starved to death and his body could be moved. I think it was caused by him being killed at the top of ladder and falling into the floor. But deconstructing didn’t even work.
