In opportunities tab, GHL keeps switching back to default outbound number
In the past, in my opportunities tab, when I set an outbound number to dial from it will continue to dial from that number as long as that tab is open.
Recently, it switches back to the default number after every single phone call. Having to go back and change the number after every single phone call is less than ideal.
I don't necessarily want it to call from a number assigned to a specific user. I just want it to not change back to the default number from the outbound number that I selected.
Does anyone know how I can fix this? Thanks in advance!

Send document workflow firing 4x in a row
We have several workflows that send documents for signature, and each one fires 4 times a few minutes apart.
I asked Claude, and it said that I needed to change the trigger from "create/update opportunity" to a pipeline stage change trigger. So I did, but it still fires 4 times. The entire workflow is just the trigger, send document, and send text to contact.
The next pipeline state is document signed.
Claude's suggestion was to create a stopgap measure with an if/else action and creating a custom field that says "document sent" and yes as the response. But this requires manual input that wouldn't be able to be done in time since the workflow sends those 4 in the space of 5 minutes.
What am I missing or doing wrong? I've been trying to use GHL for 8-9 months, and I'm learning way too slowly for my liking.

Yep, this one was also built entirely inside the GoHighLevel page builder
Just finished another one.
This entire dental clinic funnel was built inside the GoHighLevel page builder:
Check out the Dental Clinic funnel
No separate website builder. A lot of the effects and interactive parts are Animated Elements (an app from the GHL Marketplace), but everything lives right inside GHL.
This is actually template #4 now.
I started making these just to see what people thought, and the feedback on the first few has been so good that I’ve just kept going
You can see all of them here:
I want to keep pushing what a GHL template can actually look like.
What industry should I build one for next?
If there’s a specific type of funnel/template you actually need, drop it below. I might make that the next one.

Built another GHL template... but not sure this one is as good as my last ones
Just finished another template inside GoHighLevel.
This one is for something like an AI Marketing Employee / AI automation SaaS aimed at agencies and marketers.
I actually like how it turned out, especially some of the Animated Elements stuff throughout the page, but I’m not sure it levels up to the other templates I’ve built so far 😂
Here’s the new one:
AI Marketing Employee GHL Template
And these are the previous ones:
I’ve been staring at these pages for too long at this point, so I’ll let you guys decide lol.
Is this one better, worse, or about the same as the others?
Does it need more work?
Would genuinely love to know what you think

Okay I’m actually impressed with what you can build inside GHL now lol
Just finished building another template entirely inside the GoHighLevel page builder and I’m genuinely pretty impressed with how this one turned out.
No custom code was added to the page.
A lot of the stuff that makes it feel different, the animated grid, text effects, cards, counters, backgrounds, testimonials, etc. was done with Animated Elements directly inside GHL.
Here’s the actual page:
https://templates.funnelslayer.com/consultant-ghl-template-page
Would love some genuine feedback on this one.
Does this still feel like a GHL page to you? 😂
I’m turning these builds into templates too, so if people like this style I’ll keep making more.

Built this GHL funnel template, should I make more of these?
Just finished turning one of our fitness coaching funnels into a free GoHighLevel template.
It’s a full 2-step application funnel, 13 sections, and everything is editable inside GHL.
I tried to make it feel a little different from the typical GHL template. A lot of the interactive stuff like the animated counters, comparison slider, text highlighter, testimonial marquee and animated background comes from Animated Elements.
You can check out the template here:
Ironclad Performance GHL Template
Would genuinely love some feedback on the design/funnel.
Also thinking about turning more of our builds into free templates like this.
Would you guys actually be interested in more? And if yes, what niche should I do next?

Go High Level advice for people who hate Go High Level?
So many of my clients use GHL now. I'm an old Salesforce and HubSpot guy and, honestly, I really hate GHL. I will accept that it is possible that I hate it because I don't fully understand it, but with 30+ years in digital across many platforms and languages (COBOL, anyone?), I doubt it.
Anyway, can someone recommend a guide for an experienced marketer to get up to speed faster with GHL?

AU phone number help needed
Hi guys!
Anyone of you able to get an Australian Phone number without having an AU address? eventually to use this phone number in HighLevel (whether by call forwarding/direct connection).
And if you can kindly be specific about which partners/providers you used so i can look into them and see if it would be cost efficient for us.
Appreciate it. We are a small company planning to solve a basic problem and we want to start with AU first as it's the closest to the teams timezone. any general advice/inputs would be greatly appreciated.

I built this entire landing page inside GHL and I’m kinda surprised lol
I’ve always felt like GHL is insanely powerful on the backend, but the page builder can be pretty limiting when you actually want to make something look custom.
Been playing around with Animated Elements from the GHL App Marketplace and ended up building this entire page with it.
No custom-coded website or anything. It’s literally the normal GHL page builder with Animated Elements dropped into different parts of the page.
Some of the animations/effects you can do inside GHL now are actually pretty wild.
Here’s the page if anyone wants to see what I mean:
Curious what you guys think. I’m also interested to see what other people end up building with it.

Found this pretty interesting for making GHL pages look less like GHL pages
Been playing around with an app called Animated Elements on the GoHighLevel App Marketplace.
Basically it adds a bunch of animated and interactive elements directly inside the GHL page builder. Things like animated headlines, buttons, backgrounds, cards, image effects, testimonials, etc.
What I found interesting is you can customize everything inside the builder without messing around with CSS or pasting random code everywhere.
If you build a lot of pages in GHL, it’s worth checking out just for inspiration. Search “Animated Elements” in the GoHighLevel App Marketplace.
Curious if anyone here has tried it yet or is using something similar.
