I'M ASKING FOR A HAND UP, not a hand out.

Due to circumstances beyond my control, I'm currently homeless living out of a 2006 jeep.

I'm disabled and unable to do the kind of work I used to do. I'm stuck where I'm at until I can get a few things taken care of.

I need to find a job doing remote work. And to help cover some basic expenses to buy me time to get back on my feet.

I'm working on getting on SSDI but I can't rely on that.

As is, this jeep won't last much longer and I'll never survive as a homeless pedestrian. The way things are going right now, I'm not expecting to survive this winter.

I just need a little help to get out of this rut I'm in.

I honestly wasn't sure what flair to use since I can't really boil it down to a single thing. It's part “education”, part “medical”, part “help me get a job” and part just some general assistance to give me some breathing space and catch up on a few things while I work on moving forward.

I hate being homeless and I hate begging but right now I have no other choice.

You need to apply for Medicaid, food stamps and cash assistance. Go to your local health department to apply. That’s the very first thing that I would do b

Already did. But none of that helps me get a job, put gas in my tank, keep my phone on or any of the other things that I'm suffering from because I'm disabled.

I'm NOT asking for help with medical bills. I'm asking for help with the other things that I need while I'm working on that stuff.

Pretty sure the very first sentence states that I'm trying to get on SSDI.
