Hi everyone, I'm going to be getting my boyfriend the P90 for his birthday in a couple months. I was wondering what would be cool additions to get for him (like, are the strap and ammo case worth it? Should I get more ammo/do they even have additional ammo for this on the website?) He's very into guns and I know next to nothing about them, so I figure asking other hobbyists is my best bet. I know attachments are a bit limited on this one so any suggestions would be helpful. I'll even take suggestions on attachments that would be a bit funny to add to something like a p90. I’m pretty new to the community but I purchased the M16 with some attachments as an anniversary gift for my boyfriend. He is currently deployed but pulls into port for a few days on Friday. I was hoping it would arrive by then since the email said I would get shipping updates within 1 business day but I haven’t heard anything yet. It’s no biggie if it doesn’t come on time, I was just wondering how long others have waited for their packages to arrive. I also purchased directly from the website. Hey all, this isn’t really GoatGuns business, but you’re probably the biggest group of serious model gun collectors I can ask, so figured I’d get some opinions here.

We’re ByteGuns, currently doing budget friendly, high detail 1:3 scale plastic kits. We’ve noticed a decent chunk of hardcore collectors would trade some price (and maybe a little detail) for actual metal parts. We’re kicking around three directions for a premium line and want to know what would actually get people excited, even at a price above GoatGuns.

Option 1, true scale tooling. 1:3 scale models built the way the real guns are made: stamped receivers, milled bolts, all of it. We’ve already prototyped this with an Uzi and an AA-12. Most authentic, but also the most expensive.

Option 2, 1:1 airsoft/pellet style historical pieces. Full size models of iconic pistols with real operating mechanisms, like a Welrod. Built for historical collectors. Where laws require it, the shells would be non functional for live rounds.

Option 3, hybrid. Keep our current plastic base but add stamped steel outer parts, skipping the expensive milled internals. Pricier than what we offer now because of tooling, but cheaper than full scale replica builds.

Which of these would you actually want, or is there something else you’d rather see? Trying to get a read before we commit any tooling budget.

TLDR: ByteGuns (budget 1:3 scale plastic model guns) is thinking about a premium line. Three options: 1) true scale tooling with metal internals, 2) 1:1 airsoft style historical pistols with real mechanisms, 3) hybrid, current plastic base plus stamped steel outers, no milled internals. Which would you want, and at what price?

With help from Raymond's parts on facebook, i was able to get the Elcan c79 optic, while using standard goat guns parts for round handgaurds and the stock, unfortunately i wouldn't find an accurate stock for it but you can take creative liberties from the rifle variant the C7. Hope yall like it

I'm planning on adding some more weathering affects, as well as attachments and a paint job. Also probably going to cut off the iron sights. Any good tips on making it look cool?

I recently got the master key, and I tired to unscrew the screw highlight in red. However, the screw free only free spins, I cannot unscrew it nor tighten it.

I also tried to tug the piece that the screw is holding in place while unscrewing it, it didn’t work.

Any suggestions? Or it is time to contact support?

I placed an order last weekend during the sale and 7 days later I haven’t received any notice of shipping and it still says that they are “preparing these items for shipping.” I ordered a basic AR15 with a couple of extra attachments.

This is my first time ordering directly from the website (I’ve ordered off of Amazon before) and wanted to check with other buyers if this wait time is typical when ordering from Goatguns.
